After watching Reflective Writing, a video that explains what reflective writing is and what it should look like, I'm going to reflect on my life-choice memoir assignment, and consider the process of putting the memoir together and was these approaches effective or not effective.
Why did you choose to write about your chosen topic? Good choice? I chose to write about being stepped out on in my relationship because it's honestly the biggest and only life choice situation I have been in throughout my life.

In class, we were assigned to read short story Hills Like White Elephants (Ernest Hemingway). The short story is about a conversation between an American man and a woman while waiting at train station to catch a train to Madrid. Throughout the entire short story the conversation that takes place between the man and the woman is an agitated conversation about an operation that the two are disagreeing on.
In class we listened to a podcast, What You Don't Know (Lulu Wang). In the podcast Lulu Wang tells a story about her grandmother being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and her family deciding as a whole to keep the diagnosis a secret from her grandmother. While on the other hand, Lulu is against the secret.
This blog post is a going to be a reflection on a reading called My Name is Margaret (Maya Angelou). In My Name is Margaret (Maya Angelou), Maya Angelou is speaking of a time when enough was enough for her, while being a servant at the age of ten to a high class caucasian woman, Mrs. Cuillnan in the 1930s.
